Sorry, I have just seen that I was tagged in this a couple of times - Grrrr was right, and I was out of the country last week - and just got back yesterday.
I do have the faultmate system with the BECM direct access module/code and I've replied to your PM, Mick - but it looks like you've probably already got it sorted by now if you've sent it off to Callrova. They're the only other people I'd recommend to do it, as I keep hearing about flaky service from some of the other diagnostics places!
