1996 300TDI fender CSW. On the underside of the bonnet I have a bracket sticking out from the sound deadening material. Its roughly in the middle (front to back wise) and offset to the right (driver side). Anyone know what it is for (under bonnet light perhaps)
If its what I think it is then its an L shaped bracket with a hole in, the clip for the bonnet prop is riveted onto it and its where the prop is stowed
