my 3.9 v8 classic seem to want to throw me off the road at the moment. every time i gun it it goes to the right and when i let off it tries to throw me in thr ditch!!! any ideas!? its not the radius or pan hard rod bushes!!
Have you checked your tyres for damage or uneven wear, similarly the wheels for damage or misalignment/poor tracking - you might as well work backwards from whats on the road eliminating the possibilities
it feels more like the back end stepping out when you come off or on the power. there dont seem to be any bushes gone, im running mach 5's with 285 bf muds so its not the wheels and tyres.
Lol I had a very similar problem. I cured it by changed ALL of the bushes. Used poly bushes and it worked a treat. Until the damn cheap nasty crap (deflex) started to break down on pan hard rod and bam same problem.
Go for decent bushes (about £100) Makes a huge difference. But just for the hell of it. Lay on the ground in front of the motor and get someone to rock the steering wheel. Watch the ends of the pan hard rod. Also check the play in steering box. Slowly turn steering wheel while watching drivers side front wheel.
