I like the driver window slot - to protect against keyfob lockout.
If it is for the Dakar then presumably to funnel all the sand in the sunroof and into your eyes for that authentic arabian experience.

no way a dear late friend of mine built this r.i.p tom onions,it was not a camper and never was designed to be he would turn in his grave if he saw this.he was a very very clever man and there was nothing he did not know about classic rangerovers.i sold him the 3.9 engine for this 6x6 yes it was 6 wheel drive all done and converted by tom himself.he completed this 6x6 and sold it to a fella in scotland just before he fell ill and passed away.nice to see it again as it brings back memories of a true range rover legend tommy onionsSee you down the campsite.....View attachment 37958....
