Hi All
Just joined as owner of 5 Discovery V8's which I love.
My daily is a 2003 Disco 2 V8 (Bosch Motronic) which was repatriated back from Japan a couple of years ago. As such it is not recognized on the ULEZ website but I believe that this engine had very low emissions to conform with the regs in the US. Does anyone have info relating to this and if it is exempt under the ULEZ standards? Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
I'm in the same boat mate. I've got North American spec Disco 2 V8 with SAI for low emissions. I can't register either.
