Following on from not being to sure about my oil seals that's now sorted I now have another issue. I wanted to change all 4 of the uj's on my props but the rear seem to be the std size 75mm (rtc 3458) but the front prop is larger about 95mm ish. I cant seem to find front uj's in that size for my 1997 300tdi. Has the prop been changed at some point or is that std? If anyone can help with a part number that would be great.
Thanks for any help.

The smaller one is no problem as I can find them to buy, its the larger sized that is getting to be a problem.

Hang on I thought it was 87mm for series and early coil sprung models 1970's RRC and 75mm for later models. Double check I may be wrong but you may find the you have an old RRC propshaft UJ. If you order one for a series II land rover its bigger. However I thought only 87mm. The other option is you have a wide angle jobbie. Might be worth asking someone with a spare series propshaft UJ to measure it.

Well spotted. I put that cap on as the right sized caps shattered when it came apart. I have took a measurement between the circlip recesses on the prop and still getting the same.

Guess this has stumped most people? Not sure what to do now as they need changing. The best I can find is stc 4807.
