Hello everyone a word of warning. I ordered a tyre from Tyres Direct in December and didn`t receive my tyre. I contacted Trading Standards in Durham and have been told that they are in administration, so don`t order online as I did or you will loose your money

Never ordered online from them at all - 10% cheaper to pick up the phone and place an order

When C-Tyres went into administration I would've avoided using tyres direct like the plague as they were inextricably linked.

or bronco 4x4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! had to go down to gte my money back, its a building inside a building so hard to get into unless yer a bunch of scallys!!

tried to rip me off yer mean! there still operating but have now one to make there tyres, all they own is the moulds.

Hi Thanks for the advice. Did you place the order via Visa or the like? EG Credit Card? If so then contact them with the details and they will normally make refund and then make their own claim on the Administors.
