900x16 tyres were standard fit to 1 ton (109) models and LWB TACR 1 Fire tenders used by the RAF. They 'fit' but they will raise you're gearing. 1 Ton models had lower ratios in the transfer box IIRC. You might have to alter steering bump stops to stop them rubbing on the springs on full lock.

I think you also need the extended shackles and lowered chassis mounts as fitted to the 1-ton and military variants to get them to fit. I do not think they fit under standard civilian spec suspension setups.
