Have been meaning to replace the rears on my car for a while..have just noticed I can see canvas through on of them (outside edge has been scrubbing) so replacement is needed immediately.

I have scorpions on the from and they've been okay. Looking for any suggestions for trying on the rear? It's 255/55/18.

I tries to search but my phone is playing funny buggers and I can't get it working right!

Will be going to get them done tomorrow!

Uh, also, should it be 255/55/18 or 255/65/18?

Sod it. 255/55/18 Nexen Roadians it is!

Got a price of £150 for two fitted with valves, balance and old ones chucked etc

Wrong profile for 19" unless he understands the speedo will be underreading?

Look a bit noisy unless he is doing a lot of mud plugging?

dont think 1.03 mph is that harsh considering the clocks are prob not calibrated that close & should be fine, 74 db is low considering the pattern imo

You won't think that when you try to put the spare in the wheel well. :D:D

Alignment all good? Any wheelbearing noises? After that my money is on hub joints (over 130k miles?) or maybe radius arm bushes.

I just bought a set of four Toyo's fitted & balanced for 360 quid and WHAT a difference!

There was (as I bought it) a set of winters on the back one directional on the front and something from the middle of nowhere on the other side at the front.

The result was a car that would lurch and veer all over the shop, to the point where it was scary sometimes.

Anyway, all cured now and quiet too.

The other spare wheels will be getting some winter treads closer to the time ;)
