reet....
lay wheel on side. using a TL55 bead chisel and a lump hammer, break the bead on both sides.
when you done that take two big tyre levers and demount tyre from rim, removing the outer bead first (the one that faces out when wheel's on car).
once removed mark where puncture is then lightly buff area around hole, not too much cus you'll expose cords.
next, using a #6 reamer, drill through both sides of tyre but make sure last one is from outside.
then, apply vulcanising solution to buffed area, now get a #6 plug patch and place through hole and pull PART WAY THROUGH, leave for a few mins for adheasive to cure then gently pull so patch seats evenly.
then using a stitching wheel press patch down starting from middle to outer edge.
remount tyre, inflate to required pressure and check repair with soapy water.
if all is ok then remove exposed plug from tread of tyre, level with tread profile, ballance wheel and re-fit, remembering to torque & re-torque wheel nuts.
simple eh??

such helpfull peeps on here but i think i found somat for me hi-lift that'llbreak the bead,what if i'm not able to get to ats

Throw tyre on floor half under front of landy.
Put hilift on top of wheel and postion jack as you would when jacking the front of vehicle up.
begin jacking vehicle up.
bead will give under weight of vehicle if required a few whacks of the tyre, with a heavy hammer near the foot of the jack will jolt it off. if necessary rotate wheel and repeat as required till all the tyre is unseated from the rim.
No fancy gadgets required. I have just removed 6 tyres, 4 of which were very old and on Std LR rims. total time 1hr..
yer tyer machine wud of, not you, you'd need 2 cups of coffee while yer lukin at em1 hour fer 6, id have had em done in ten minutes
