Having just fitted a 235x 16 tyre the garage has set them to 30 psi is that a bit hard they are on tubeless tyres.

what does it say on the side wall info box, or side of tire

i would say 28 to 30 psi would be about right for road use perhaps down to about 20 if off roading no hard and fast rule with non standard sizes best to find what suits you and the vehicle

can't you just check what the other side is set at?

i have set them at 30 psi and seems fine
