I drive to my local ATS and chuck them into the used tyre pile that they have.....when it's dark

I'd probably do that except I'm in a suburb and it's full of gossips and grasses on that sort of thing.
If I was in my Eire retreat I'd do that.

The Tyre place 'drop-off' sounds the way forward.
