My turbo(I think) whistles.

Is this normal, does your whistle?

As I accelerate, the engine smokes, then she whistles and the smoke stops.
Then when I level out, the whistling stops and she starts smoking again.

Any ideas?
New filters, new oil, new turbo/intercooler hoses, clean intercooler.

someone may have been playing with ur injector pump. nothing to worry about but you have readjust it so it wont smoke any more and you will use slightly less fuel. will also be slightly slower

could be the turbos on its way out, they like to be treated to a bit of time to warm up and cool down that most drivers dont give em.
