hi i was wandering if antbody knows of anywhere to get the repair kits for the turbo on the 300tdi as my oil seals have gone many thanks chris
I opted for a replacement core ... TURBO CARTRIDGE/CHRA T250-04 452055-0004 ERR4893 FOR LANDROVER RangeR/Discov 300 | eBay
not fitted yet ,but looks ok
. worth a punt tho i thought ,quick delivery about 5 days and no import duty payable :behindsofa: . Have to drill out /retap the 4 bolt holes holding the core on, as they all sheared . oh and buy a big pair of circlip pliers !!

what size socket will i need to get the turbo off the down pipe as i cant seem to get any to fi many thanks

Have you tested it by now? Any good? Mine needs replacing soon and it looks like a good option for the money. Would be greatfull for your opinion cheers!

Especially overpriced ones - there's a company in Bournemouth what rebuild turbos for two hundred quids and they're professionalists not do it in the bedroom hobbiesters
