2007 3.6 tdv8 sport boost pipe at n/s turbo failing. Local dealer says body needs to come off to replace a pipe less than £50. Can it be done without body off if so best way round to doing it please. This is my first Landy so would appreciate help. I am mechanically minded. Thanks in advance.

This whole body of routine is mostly internet twaddle. Almost everything can be done on these vehicles with the body in place. Yes some jobs are easier with the body removed, but if removing the body isn't possible, then another way can be found. I've even removed the TDV6 engine from a D3 while keeping the body on the chassis.
