Doesn't look like it. You can star/unstar, mark as read/unread, invite others and edit but no delete that I can find.

I suspect it's because up to 6 members can be in a conversation and they are stored grouped that way. It's quite different, others can be invited later and see the whole conversation (I think the OP can block that option) and possibly the OP can stop posts being edited though my settings might be a bit different so I'm not sure.
Six members at once. Bit like a swingers club then?
