Hi All
It's been a while, but as life has a rhythm all of its own, my work on my lil beast has to wait its turn
My local indie LR shop has had a good look at her now, and diagnosed a faulty Body module control unit, and the transportation mode persists.
Because I have time, I am trying various means of rectification, sourcing new (haha), sourcing used, and repairing the existing unit. Taking out the existing unit was fun, and I am grateful to various threads on this site and others which made it easy.
Much other work has continued on my car, including new crankcase breather, brake fluid change, pas fluid change, gearbox service, replacement electric AC fan and more.. Really enjoying getting back to hands dirty works, but all of this will be rather wasted if I can't get her out of transport mode of course.
I will keep on updating this post just in case it may be of use to others in future.
Cheers for now
Mark
