I've got one of the mud ones, but haven't fitted it yet.

The other one looks like there might be slightly more leg room if you have a centre seat, but id like to see pictures of it fitted before id buy one.

The mud one seems very sturdy and well made.

Was wondering if anyone had fitted either of these transmission tunnel trays as i am thinking of getting one.
Any opinions on which is better??

Dont mean to hijack this thread, but what kind of moulding do you mean?

Too late for me for the tunnel tray, as I've already bought it, but I would like a centre dash console, and I'm just not sure about the ones that are available.

I was looking at vacuum forming, but couldn't find anyone online or local that would mould it for me cheaply. And not too sure about what quality I'd expect from doing a u-tube style in my own oven attempt.

Do you know any companies that would do one-offs cheaply? More than happy to spend the time carving a mould out of wood If I thought it was a viable solution.

Again, sorry for the hijacked thread.

To be honest if your willing to out the time in doing the mold then thats where the cost is! Personally in the past iv had great results at vacuum forming. I'm shocked that you haven't found any where to do it cheaply for you. I would have a go at fibre glassing a few at home very easy and very rewarding an great results! Don't forget you can be as rough as hell with fibreglass if there's a hole or whatever sand it an fill it and spray it!

Just fitted my mud tray.
Its just a push on thing and not really as well secured as i thought considering the price but it is handy and i dont think it would fall off.

Il post some pics of it for you tomorrow as there is a fair gap when you look at it from the side. Id go for a cubby box over the tunnel tray though tbh.
