Does anyone know if they come stock with these in the 4.7L? I have been
trying to trace the lines and there are 2 that come from the tranny and I
think they go into the bottom of the radiator but it's hard to see for
sure. These 2 steel or aluminum lines from the tranny? Is that what they
would be? Thanks
It's a 4x4 with 3.55 gears

The stock cooler is in the radiator tank. If it has a aux cooler, it
would be in front of radiator stack and fluid would be routed from
tranny to tank cooler then aux cooler then back to tranny. If you plan
to try to tow, you really want a aux cooler too as it is cheap tranny
insurance.

Thanks Sno. There is one in front of the radiator but it appears to be the
condensor for the A/C? The lines go to the A/C compressor, sound right? I
would need something else for towing then??

Yes you are correct. In your case something about 6 x 12 will work
fine. Nothing is gained by going overbaord in size here. Also mount it
in front of the drivers side of the core stack as the core is hottest
there and the warmer air coming off the cooler will have negligable
impact on the overall engine cooling.
