Hi
I have picked up that there is a slight leak on my transmission box. Its a manual. Should I be concerned or just check level occasionally and top up if necessary?

Coming from the seal between the engine oil casing and the transmissions casing.

Are you certain its gear oil and not engine oil?
You did not state engine type, but on the TD5, top ends can leak, dribble down the back of the engine and come down just around where you're noticing oil.
......that or maybe your rear-end seal starting to weep...

do you mean from here (red circled)? If yes it could also be engine oil as mentioned above. I had some in this area coming from back side of valve cover.
But yes it also can be gearbox oil coming from input shaft oil seal.
Does it leaking it lot? Can it be seen on the floor under the car?

Not from where you indicated. On the seal between the gearbox casing and the engine casing. I am still struggling to bleed the hydraulic clutch and when I am pumping the clutch to push hydraulic fluid through the nipple on the slave cylinder(trying to eliminate air in the line) the drip increases. Any help with the bleeding would also be appreciated as I've tried numerous methods and still have no clutch. Replaced seals on master cylinder piston as I thought the fault may lie there but no luck so far. Could it be the slave cylinder causing the problem? Thanks for the help so far.

Remove the slave, its only two bolts. See if the leak is coming from there. They are not expensive.

Is it oil, or brake fluid thats leaking.
