Hello
Put no11 fuse in my p38 and transfer neutral appeared on display
Took car of drive and lost all gears..
Took out fuse and tried again...
Had all gears...is this right

Just had it a week,was ex police so had no manuals etc
Is this op only for overhaul when removing

Yes thats exactly right the fuse is to disable the transfer box so it can be towed without damaging the gearbox

If it is necessary to recover the range on all 4 wheels the fuse no 11 on driver seat side should be used, 5 amps or greater, as other poster suggests read manual
