I have a Defender lt77 gearbox for sale for a lot lot less than £800. :eek: a fully reconned one is only about £400? ish.

I think that that was a gearbox and a transfer box which is still expensive but less bad than just one of them!

only if it's a fooking big bag.... :p Sold a disco R380 box last week was gonna flog it for about £50. chap phoned up and offered me £150. Would have been rude to say no.. :D
 
I've got a fully reconditioned R380 short box which is the LT77 warranty replacement type from LR. Same dimensions as LT77 when in place in the vehicle but it's the better R380 box currently for sale on eBay if you're interested think it's got 2 days left
 
I seen your eBay item for sale and watching.

Waiting on the garage getting back to me today as called them last night and was told they hadn't looked at it properly..! Even though I was told it all needs replacing/reconditioning.
