Morning,
Shortly after I got me Landy last year I noticed some vibration nosie whilst on the overrun or when the engine started to labour.
My local Landy man assured me twas the zorst, but having had the zorst off a couple of times for various jobs this hasn't cured the problem in fact it's got worse!
So thinking it may be UJ's I fitted some new props, allowing me to change the UJ's on the old ones at a later date.
Now this seemed to improve things for a while although I think it might have been a case of the pscychology of fitting new parts making me think it was better.
So I was underneath at the weekend and noticed both diffs are now weeping!!! It still vibrates when labouring and and on the overrun, and now seems to vibrate more when pulling uphill between 50-60mph.
So do you think me transfer box is fecked, I noticed some lateral play in the shaft on the front and a fair bit of rotational, how much should there be?
Any help/advice would appreciated.
