The only thing that springs to mind is perhaps you have CDL engaged.
If your transfer box has CDL fitted and someone has crawled underneath at some point and engaged it with a spanner you would get windup from that.
no lights on! i was told it was caused by turning into tight parking spaces or a lot of manuvering on full lock!? like you say if the CDL was engaged i would understand this. do you think odd sized tyers would cause it ie: new fronts and worn backs?
