anyone got a car trailer that my disco will fit on?
I need to get my disco from my house to Salisbury around 12 miles

I don't mind paying if someone wants to trailer or recovery wagon it there,i cant use the rac as the vehicle is sorn at the mo

Does it roll?
Try a towing A-frame?
They do tow well on the frame, infact i've not found a vehicle (with all wheels attached) that didn't pull well and being legally "a trailer" it can stay SORN.
yes, I've even pulled a Reliant Rialto.
Too far for me to do it tho.

Buy one? Borrow one?
You can pick up frames from ebay cheap.

Just a ramdom example, no guarantees if it's the cheapest or best.

Dont use an a frame as only legal use is to move a broken down vehicle to a place of safety . If you try the vehicle is a trailer argument you will need to comply with con and use regs as to braking system operation . You may well get away with its use , but then again may be you wont . HTSH

all the ones on ebay usually have loads of disclaimers about their usage etc

Just googled it and you can hire a car trailer for £40 per day plus deposit. The one I saw was local to me but I am sure you could get one near most towns.

that would be spot on but the problem is I need to get it to fbb landrovers before 5.30pm and asap .
