Hi, apologies as im sure this will of been mentioned before but I can't find it.
Im thinking of buying a sparea/repairs disco tdi auto but can I tow it back?

yes if ya disconnect the props from the axles. If ya don't wanna remove em completely just tie em up out the way of the axle drive flanges.

Cheers never thought of doing that:eek:

Another quick question,
Any ideas on how to free up a seized starter motor on an auto without the use of a hammer lol

try cranking engine over using crankshaft pulley nut.

else remove starter.

all ive done in the past is just put transferbox in neutral never had any problems

oops mr matrtin beat me to it

Done it with my RR, towing a RR from Swansea to Kent at 80mph along the M4 with out any probs, back in the good old days.

Well did the trip yesterday and.............. everything went bang on. 1 thing I didn't mention was the vehicle I used to tow the disco was a 2002 ford fiesta 1.8td ha ha but it pulled it well! We hit 70mph at one bit! Struggled a bit up hills and my mate who was supposes to be steering the disco decided to text someone while I was towing him causing us to go separate ways at the roundabout!! But we soon recovered! But all in all the 93 mile trip back was eventful and interesting

either that is the biggest pile of ****e I have ever read- or you both need taking out

and shooting
