Hi
I'm looking to tow a 90 with another 90.
Firstly, legally, am I allowed to do this? I have BE and C1E on my licence.
Not for business.
Secondly, any recommendations for a decent trailer?

Get a proper car transporter trailer - not a flat bed.
Twin axle
Ramps and tilt for ease of loading

Yes you can tow with no issues see here...………..

Brain James, Ivor Williams, woodford trailers ect Make sure it has a chassis plate loads are nicked.

Have you towed before? Remember speed limits and extra turning circles etc

Yes, I'm thinking Brian James/Ivor Williams for the trailer.
Done some towing already, but I try to do my reversing in the dark!

I know what you mean but bigger twin axle trailers are a lot easier to reverse.
