I've just replaced the front wheel hub bearing - could someone tell me the torque setting for the stake nut, as i see differing values depending on who you talk to !!!

If a stake nut is the hub locknut then my book says 100Nm or 74lbf ft .......But now I have looked ip your profile I c that u may be talking about a TD5 no a D1 . All the torque settings will be in a Haynes manual..

Sorry - yeah it's a TD5 - haven't got a haynes manual though

Get a manual, its handy for lots of little jobs
