So, practically non-existant 0.046mm!!
 

Found this, i just wandered if there was anything you could pick up on.. maybe not related but you never know.;)
 
Looks like it either has the wrong torque converter, or the wrong oil pump fitted. Torque converter is obviously in heavy contact with oil pump. It should have specified clearance on assembly. You would need a monumental amount of crank float to cause that. So discount that theory. As far as i can gather from Microcat converter should be TQB000020 with a four point fixing to drive plate.
