Honestly mate. I couldn't believe the quality for the money. Its a no brainer. My brother in law recently paid £10k for a Snap On box then added another £3k worth of end cupboards to it
10k?
I've brought diggers for less than that!
I'm off to find the one that's in Southampton later...

To be fair, he is a mechanic with his own place. He upgrades every so many years and trades his old one in. Let us know how you get on.

Well I've now been to Costco...
It's not possible to just go and look at the thing, I had to join but did get a free bottle of wine... I sort of get the concept, it's very 'American' and to be honest, it overwhelmed me for a first time visit.
I noticed they are clever with their pricing - they show the ex vat price in larger print.
I did find one of the boxes but it was locked up and nobody could find the keys.. the quality is definitely there but as I couldn't open the thing, I didn't buy one this trip.

Sounds a funny set up they have. Ours let you in for a look round no probs. In fact people walk in off the street that aren't members to use the café. You just cant buy at the till without a card. On another note. I recently took their offer on American Express. It costs more for membership but gives you 3% cash back on all your Costco spend and 1% on anything else you buy. Good deal. The biggest problem I have with Costco is going without spending a fortune on stuff I don't really need.

I can see why that could happen... I was looking around and happened upon the cake department... you'd never get @blue beasty out of there.
I was taken by the offer of free samples of free food, although the demonstration of cat litter absorbsion properties was lost on me.
I shall return...

Costco will sell you anything form a pack of socks up to £500k jewellery. It's a dangerous place to go. Shame about the toolbox but hope you enjoy your spoons.:p

If I can get to see the thing open and play with it, I will get one, but I'm not splashing out without a full inspection!

Halfords' Pro range is fine just steer clear of Machine Mart cos they done a Landrover with the sheet metal on the Clarke cabs, the modern ones are about half the thickness of the one I bought >10yrs ago u can bend them with ur fingers.

I have a couple from the upper end of the Clarke range from Machine mart and happy with them a couple of years in. Bloody heavy and definitely can't bend with your fingers!

The deep drawers all have double runners each side. It comes with drawer liners. The only con I could think of is the cupboard part. I struggle to think what to use it for.

It does seem a little pointless - windy gun maybe? Either that or fags...

I've got the full Halfords industrial draw set. I'm a fan, nice sized drawers and roller bearing seem good. I'm a big fan. Got the whole lot for £190 cos one chest had a dent.

They don't stock the same things all the time, so be wary. Although you might get so thing better next time. And the meat is nice out of there too. And poppycock popcorn. And the pastries. And most of the food basically.
