I quite like the idea of having organisation at pay n play sites. Would like to know theres a marshall to hand if the **** hits the fan
 
I agree there needs to be a little organisation but I disagree that the council should be able to interfere to such an extent, as to require things like signposts, one way direction on tracks, toilets, first aid, etc etc. I've been to a few pay & plays where they pretty much limit you to the track, and the direction which you can travel that path. Its not really 'off roading', its driving on rough tracks. Off roading - in the true sense, is picking your own path through mother nature's finest (worst) terrain she can throw at you.
