well folks today is the day just having a brew then head to the garage its time for my freelander engine to get the heck out the bay and the new lump in heres hoping it will finished today any tips and wish me luck lol

Good luck. It took me just over 20 hours to change my V6 engine.

oops :doh::doh:never got pics sorry but did kinda go well got the engine from a rover 75 had to change near everything on engine bar a few parts but yea the engines in and running there still a bit of oil in the exhaust from last engine that needs to be burnt off also fitted a rear silencer as it was goosed still need some parts and get them fitted before the end of the month when it should be on the road
