Trailpug. You have my sympathy, my Grandkids live with me and sometimes have to be banned from Land Rover area. I run a series 3 and have added a Toyota RAV 4 to the drive. Had it 3 months now and hardly ever use the thing, **** to drive I would rather put up with tinkering on Landie to keep it going than use the RAV. Even the Missus wont drive the bloody thing.

When I was rebuilding my 110 it put up a fight every step of the way.

I came in one evening covered in grease and blood to find my 2 kids laying under the coffee table, banging about with knives and forks.
"what are you two up to?" I asked
"Fixing our Landrover" they replied

My youngest then proceeded to shout "oh, for f**k sake!!" and lobbed the 'tools' she was using across the lounge!

:pound: Made me laugh. I get teld orf for swearing all the time. Probably why next door neighbours just moved out as well

Victory is mine the door is on no blood no swearing and it actually shuts!!!!! How dare a machine try and get the better of me. Shall not boast much more or it may seek revenge..........

Chill Winston!!!

Seriously, if you're getting that ****ed off you need to down tools, shut the garage door and go and do something else for a while! It's supposed to be a bit of fun, eh??? ;)

Been a strange few days! Honestly not that ****ed off just frustrated. The biggest pain in the arse is not the hinges.
The one job that know matter what i do has been mentioned before the front vents leaking i keep doing little bit and bobs like the hinges avoiding the vents as everything i try does not work.
Its like the scratch you can never get! To be honest i can only assume that the water is getting in somewhere else but hell if i know where next step is taking the bloody dash off which i really do not want to do. But if i do not the end result we be a new bulkhead which i cannot afford no matter how far down the road it is!!!
There we are got that off my chest ................
