Try Ian Dixon at rsb . he breaks a few old landys and makes a lot of rock sliders and winch bumpers . he's just near croft circuit and he usually really cheap

Easier to swap for a roof with those symptoms/features... they are prone to leak!

Might help if you are a bit more descriptive in your title IMHO
