It's for the summer :) I will be taking my hard back off this year, I never got round to it last year :( Mind you my FL has the full roof bar kit so that all has to be taken off 1st...........bit of a pain. http://www.freelanderowners.com/images/Gallery2005/Ravene/Ravene_2_W.jpg

But if we have a summer like we had last year my top is definately coming off this year!

My Freelander had the roofbars fitted and we managed to get the hardback off/on without taking the roofbars off, we just lifted it up and then sideways off the car.

Never removed it very often though!

I guess I could give it a go.............don't want to scratch the paint work though.........I have enough trouble with other people scratching her, let alone me doing it as well

Cats Eye - you have a great 3 door there. :) It's a gorgeous looking car - I really like the 3 lines down the side (are these called body moulding??)

Catz me gal, get some pipe lagging/insulation, the split grey stuff and tape it on the rack before you slide the roof out, that'll keep things nice 'n shiny...

Good to see you back aboard chuck, haven't seen you on here for a while...:D
