I have just rebuilt my 4.6 stripped down so block could have a new liner and have the heads skimmed then completely rebuilt. It runs on LPG as well as petrol so there was all that to contend with and stripped threads on block but it is done and sounding bloody marvelous.
Now for the good bit this is the first attempt at this sort of thing and I made it with considerable input help and encouragement from the guys on here and did it on my drive with a trolley jack.
