htr Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2018 #4 It's common when the head has been off for peeps replace the tensioner and timing belt as well as the thermostat. When all the timing marks are perfectly aligned the belt slips on fairly easily. Do you have that cam locking tool? It does help.
