A mate of mine has suffered with wandering timing belts, this is the third one that's snapped after wearing most of it away.

As he couldn't workout why this is happening he has cut an inspection hole in the timing cover and made a cover in his 3D printer.

He's also printed a tool for locking the injection pump in position when changing the front seal, and is thinking of printing the tool for holding the timing belt in place when removing the pump.

Belt looks a bit wet on the edge in 3rd pic-wet is no good

I agree with biolandy what is that on the belt, is the crank shafts seal gone ?.
