I have been using my old 88 diesel S2a for towing for the last 26 years and covered over 100k miles and have probably irritated many motorist, who have been stuck behind me on hills, over the years.
But times are changing, other road users appear to be less tolerant of my old Land Rover making me feel I should not be on the road. I dont drive any slower than I used to, perhaps I am becoming more sensitive in my old age, vehicles and drivers are faster and more inpatient.
I dont know!! I love my old Land Rover and would never part with it, anyone have similar feelings?
Should I invest in a more modern vehicle,
Just carry on and take no notice,
Fit a later and more powerful engine to my old L/R
I would be very interested in members views on my predicament.
