The K-engine's water pump is driven by the timing belt so it could be that it has jumped a tooth or two if the pump was frozen. To check the timing marks you will have to remove the timing cover.:scratching_chin:

if its jumped a tooth how do i put it right do i need any special tools do i need to take belt off ect THa:doh:nks please can some one tell me how to do it

If it's jumped a tooth or you've tried to start it whilst the pump was frozen due to poor/no antifreeze then you need to renew the timing belt, not just look at it.
