Don't bloody sell it! You have got yourself a reliable, solid motor here that will come in very hand for years on end, not least the times when you fancy chugging around in a tractor and you haven't got one. I sold mine two years back (I didn't get what I wanted for it) for a mk2 golf to make the runs between Leeds and Ipswich a little more economical and a little quicker. I regretted selling it perhaps three weeks after it went, but I was lucky enough to get it back ffrom the bloke I sold it to at the same price and it had had about £600 hiss worth of work done on it too. Since, I've given it a 200tdi, painted it NATO green, stripped it off side steps, spot lights and un-necessary frills and got it running as a very reliable, solid "truck". Clear your loft and have an eBay frenzy to bring in a little extra cash, insure your landy on a limited mile policy and run it when you want to. That said, it is up to you, it's only a chunk of metal but the thing that did it for me was the shared time I had spent on it with my dad and the sheer involvement I had had in it. I did it once but I was lucky enough to get it back.
