hi everyone an new to landrover though not to four wheel drives having had a land cruiser and a pajero and having driven in near east etc
question is i would like to do a drive to timbuktou to realise a life long ambition is there any group or orginisation who arrange this or who would like to arrange it or any one who would like to go for it

even anyone who has done it who could advise

I will be passing through Timbuktu on my way to Cape Town.

Probably be leaving Warrington late 2009.

Why stop at Timbuktu?

At the moment there are two vehicles going.
