getting probs with my 110s steering.
every now and then it goes tight have changed front swivels and hubs with complete units of mates disco ones as some one suggested swivels were prob.
cant use steering box as his leaked like sieve.
steering as always squealed since i got it 6yrs ago despite new belts etc.
am i looking at new pump? if so what other vehicles use same pump as a 1990 20tdi defender?

UJ's on steering column fixed mine

will try that first as got spare one on shelf.
its got all new track rod ends on it.

could be knackered ball joints, but what I mean is the UJ on the column. Open up the bonnet and you will find one just below where the column comes out of the bulkhead and one further down closer to the PAS box
