I have a 2001 Freelander 1.8 3dr
Landy dealer tells me I need new diff mount and gearbox mount costing £450 fitted. Can these 2 jobs be done by a competent DIY er and has anyone got a good parts source

I had exactly the same thing on my freelander, it was a diff mount and only cost around £35 for the part and it was just 3 bolts to swap over. It was a easy job.
