Yo guys,
The throttle idle sensor on 'Gladys' (a much abused 99'er with 106000 miles on her clock) has now elected to Muller itself with the result that I sound to the outside world like I haven't quite yet mastered the art of clutch/throttle control when changing gear!
does anyone have any inroads into a cheaper/pattern part replacement other than the £125 + vat that I've thus far been quoted by Loansharker...oops, sorry, I meant LANDROVER ?

Been a couple of threads on this recently. Have you tried squirting wd40 into it, or taking it off to give it a clean.
