the disco had aquired quite a lot of play in the steering so i stuck another box on it which took away the play but when i went to turn the wheel the wheels stayed still but the body moved side to side :S so i went in for a closer look and found this!!

thought it had been wondering on the road! luckily i had a recon axle with the disco when i bought it, just had to swap everything over

tell bout it, i was towing a trailer a few hours before, i hit a pot hole and had a massive wobble, so thought summat was up :S all good now though, my diff projected itself out my rear axle a cpl of months ago too!! so hopefully nothing major aparts from no brakes to go wrong now tho :S

**** the bed ........................ thats nasty ............. even tho youve changed axles now you can buy replacement panard rod/spring seat brackets , If your Good with a welder you could have yourself another spare axle .

yeah was thinking of repairing that one for future mishaps, (hopefully there wont be) ..lol always handy to have a spare tho

got another disco for parts to so not too bad shame it's not a 2 door like mine though :S
