Does anybody know if it is legal for children to use the third row front facing seats? The grandchildren are 8 and 6 years old and I have sat them in to try for size, seatbelt position ect. and they look fine but not sure how legal it is.
Completely legal if the seats are factory fitted, and the vehicle is registered as a 7 seater.
I can't imagine many adults would be comfortable in the 3rd row seats anyway, so presumably they're designed for children.
