I would definatly go for Ardennes.
I quite like the Tdi Classics myself although a TVR spec V8 would be mental:D.

I would still love another Classic though, ideal for me would be a highish spec manual 200 TDI in Ardennes Green, I don't know why but it's my favourite colour on a Classic by miles.

I've had two in Cyprus green, any shade of green seems to look 'right' on a LR somehow.

i am selling my lse in ardennes green, i love the colour, always looks really nice. but i do polish it every week without fail, even the roof gets a good coat of auto glym.

update: the auction is already heading in to silly money territory especially as i'll bet most bidders haven't even seen the car yet. and the fella's minimum price has not been reached!

seriously, all you RHD Classic owners, go buy LHD dashes, convert your cars and sell them here for oodles and oodles of dosh.

too much hassle to convert them, a bloke on ebay last year was buying every classic to do that,he bought over 100 of them but within 4 months he realised the work involved and started to resell them back on ebay.

I wondered what you wanted to borrow my cherrie picker for! :p

Is Cyprus the deeper green that's more common on Defenders?, again a really nice colour.
Epsom Green looks great on a P38 too I think but wrong on an L322.

cypress it a little lighter than ardennes from the ones I have seen whilst trying to match my bonnet.

where was he based si ? sounds like a bit of feck up for him lol:D

was a nice colour back in the 80's, then they bought out ardennes which was much darker and i think looks really nice.

well the auction topped EUR 9000 (and still not met the bugger's min. price!). i'm out.:eek:

si, still not worth it to convert RH to LH? :p
