I presently own a Freelander One, which has done me well and continues to do so.
However, being in London it now fails the ULEZ ommisons.
1. From what year reg is the Freelander 2 Euro 6 ommisons compliment?
2. What MPG can l expected tooling around in a TD4?

No Freelander is EU6 compliant - you need a 2016 on 2.0 Discovery Sport for that

You should get 32 ~ 36 mpg average, more if you stick to a steady 60.
