At a total low this afternoon as the thermostat and housing continues to leak. I have renewed the thermostat, O ring and housing but no resolution. Really don't know what to do.
 
Its a diesel. As far as I can establish I can feel coolant on the bottom hose. Everything is new water pump, heater pipe O ring, thermostat, housing and bottom hose. I just cannot see where the source is.
 
If you can't actually see where the leak is just changing parts at random is unlikely to cure it & there may be nothing wrong with the parts you've just changed.
I had an issue with my Classic some years ago which turned out to be a duff batch of pumps. Leaked as soon as system pressurised.
How are you trying to find it? I'd suggest doing it from cold with a pump.
Small inspection mirrors on stalks can also be very useful for seeing into awkward places.
 
Thanks Ratae really need the support at the moment. I was finding coolant on the floor slightly off center on the pax side, so was thinking it was the water pump, couldn't get a clear enough view to confirm but given the price of a new pump I planned to renew everything as a I didn't want to take the rad out again. Also had difficulty locating the leak as the fan was blowing coolant all round the front of the engine. Currently using a USB camera attached to my phone to get into all the nooks and crannies.

I ran it up to temp after putting it all back together and it seemed OK. Took it to the shops and found coolant dripping on the floor after returning to the car. I think I will take the cowl out to give me better access and give it another search.
 
That's the problem with running it up to try & find a leak - the fan blows it all over the place & hot coolant often vanishes as soon as it escapes.
I have something similar to this, but a plastic version, Can't remember where I got it from or how much it cost. Can be used to either create vacuum or pressure & the gauge means you don't go OTT. Found a few leaks for me over the years!

I'd be tempted to try taking the fan off and then run it up from cold and keep an eye on the area. Have to keep an eye on the temp guage. Failing that try the UV dye and see if that makes it more obvious.
